If your looking for a highend hotel this is not the place for you, if your looking for a hotel with charm, character and a real feel of Lake George then this is the place!!!

First the entire property is well maintained, the rooms are super clean and the beds are so comfortable I sleep like a baby..Owners April and Rick put in alot of time and love into this property and it clearly shows..

This is the best pet hotel you can find in Lake George,(in my opinion the best hotel period) when you pull up your greeted by their 3 dogs Rocky, Lulu and Rufus. They are three of the sweetest dogs ever..Our two Pekingese pups Teddy and Jackson just love being at the Colonial Court Motel, there is so much to keep them occupied, places to run around and new dog friends to make..

April, her team and her family are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They are so hospitable and go up and above to make sure that we have an amazing experience..

We cannot say enough good things about this place! It is one of the best pet friendly places we have ever stayed! It was clean and pretty, and April & her family were very friendly and extremely accommodating! We, and our dog, Benny, had a great stay and were very happy with it all!
We stayed in the Guest House and were very pleased with it! It is a very spacious 7 rooms with 2 big bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom! Loved it! The beds were very comfortable! Downstairs was another half bath and a double livingroom with a wood burning stove. Plenty of comfortable seating for all! The kitchen/dining room was large and very functional, with all new appliances and lots of cabinets and counter space! We were very impressed!
We also had the opportunity to see the cabins and the hotel rooms. Though they were, of course, far smaller, they were equally clean, comfy looking and pretty! As are the grounds. We visited in October , after the pool was closed, but the pool area looks very nice and we would love to try a summer stay!
One of the nicest aspects is how you are greeted,... Be prepared to meet three of the sweetest dogs! Rufus, a gorgeous collie/golden retriever mix, will want you to pat his head and tell him he's a good boy, LuLu, a little pug mix will want all she can get of the belly rubs, and Rocky, a rottweiler puppy, just wants to play with everyone! Gotta love these guys!
We highly recommend the Colonial Court! We loved it!

The price was very good. We enjoyed the guest house very much. There was a lot of room to roam. The pool and game area was also above par. The dogs, that lived with the owner, were adorable! I loved petting them!

This is the place to stay if you want to vacation with your pets!! Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and right across the street from the lake!
