Hostess at this place is the rudest . Taking tips from customers to get seated before people who had been waiting for more than an hour. Apparently this is par for her. We had a party of 7 and she sat 2 other large groups before 3-4 other groups that had been waiting . She actually had a group walk around the side if restaurant think nobody would notice . Spend your money at another restaurant .
We were so fortunate to find this restaurant last night. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. It was a cool night and we asked to switch tables away from the wind. Seating was outside or inside (our preference). Some tables are next to sidewalk, but pleasant and a canopy is above all tables. I ordered Blue Moon and my husband had Sam Boston Lager- good selection of ?? and drinks.
As we waited every meal that was served to neighboring tables looked and smelled great! The table next to ours got a loaf of fresh made bread and butter. We found out you have to ask because many people waste it and they don’t want waste. Now for the food- I had salmon on a cedar plank with Dijon mustard glaze, roasted potatoes, and veggies. The Salomon was cooked perfectly and was moist despite the fact I had the sauce on the side. I was concerned it would be too spicy and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. It had an almost sweetish flavor that complemented the salmon. Potatoes cooked to perfection - a bit crisp on the edges with plenty on garlic. My husband had Sirloin steak cooked medium and it was tender- he had steak fries and veggies (garlic in the recipe:)
My son had chicken parmigiana and two learned pieces of chicken with a load of pasta. Very nice portions and unfortunately we were to full for dessert. The dessert menu looked great:) Thank you, thank you, thank you. Best meal of our entire vacation. We will be back:)
