We had a wonderful time on the sleigh ride. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was worth it. The ranch and its land are beautiful.

Well worth the ride up there. Malcolm took us for a wonderful sleigh ride. Beautiful country and wonderful people!

Was worth every penny. Had a great time. The horses all had there own personalitys. We had alot of fun. It was worth the drive from lake George to come here because it's a personal ride not a ride that you go with a group of 30 random strangers it was just the 6 of us and a mother and daughter instructing us on what to do. I would disregard all the comments negative below I would pay double to do it again.

Loved my ride and my guide! My family and I had the best time!

We went horseback riding at this ranch this weekend for a two hour ride. We expected a mountain ride but received a long ride on the main roads. They may be good for an hour ride but if you are expecting a mountain ride this is not the place. We even told them we ride across the country visiting different mountain ranges. A very disappointing ride! Also if you are looking some solitude on your ride, let them know in advance. Their rangler talks non stop.

The non stop rain in the Adirondack Mountains since spring requires us to avoid dangerous terrain that is inundated with mud. So, unfortunately, we ride the road shoulder for about ten min. in order to access our high, mountainous trails. This is only temporary and only for our longer rides of two or three hours. These trails have spectacular views of some of the Adirondack high peaks. We explain these circumstances to all customers wanting our longer private rides. We do not have this situation on our regular hourly trail rides. Fall 2017 we will have completed new access to our higher terrain trails, eliminating the need to ride on the road's shoulder. Sometimes forces not in our control, namely weather, cannot be overcome and we deal with them as best as possible to help insure the best possible experience at our establishment. We are the oldest continually operating stable in the Adirondacks, since 1948. My family has owned and operated The Circle B Ranch since 1960. We've seen many stables over that time period come and go and most in the area operate only in summer. We are a functioning ranch that boards and trains horses, provides lessons both English and Western in our indoor and outdoor arenas. No other area stable offers these services Some of our instructors are so excited about the Circle B Ranch, they often share their enthusiasm by conversing with our guests.
