A new series to air soon on The Food Network will highlight the Foy Family, which owns three Lake George area restaurants, as they work to keep their businesses afloat during the summer rush.

The Foy family owns Chateau on the Lake, Diamond Point Grille, and Cate’s Italian Garden, all Lake George area restaurant staples that depend on the summer season. They must do enough business from the Fourth of July to Labor Day to carry them all year long.
The Food Network teases the show in their recent announcement: “From taking a risk on a new pastry chef, to serving dinner without power after a large storm, to a big crash in the wine cellar destroying rare, expensive bottles of wine, to last-minute restorations before a big event, they must tackle it all together in order to make it a profitable summer because one bad season could finish them for good.”
The previously recorded series Summer Rush will air on Thursday, June 4 at 10/9c.
Chateau on the Lake is currently offering meal kit deliveries, Diamond Point Grille is offering takeout and delivery, and Cate’s Italian Garden just announced they’re starting takeout this Friday, May 15.
