Lake George RV Park has upped its game! After 10 years of planning, and 10 months of construction, the highly anticipated aquatic park Cascade Cove is now open. Read on to see what you can look forward to before the season ends.
What to Expect At Cascade Cove
Cascade Cove has something for everyone: an ADA accessible, zero-entry pool (83 feet by 36 feet); a therapeutic spa cluster that accommodates 38 guests through October (when it’s too chilly for the outdoor pools); a family fun-themed spray pad with over 32 interactive spray nozzles; an enclosed slide; and a drenching dumping bucket.
The water park is open exclusively to registered guests of the camping resort. To stay as a guest you can register with your own RV or you can rent an onsite park trailer. The aquatic facility is ideally sized to meet the demands of the guests.
The Story Behind the Incredible Aquatic Park
Lake George RV Park is an award-winning park with 400 RV sites and impressive on-site amenities, including an indoor heated swimming pool and four outdoor heated swimming pools. But, as inviting as the RV park already was, President/CEO Dave King still wanted to step things up a notch.
The park spent a decade researching aquatic parks in preparation. They conducted surveys in order to get input from their own guests, and they really took their time to ensure this particular water park would be the best possible match for the RV Park.
“As a business dedicated to the precious time people take off work to have a vacation, it was critical that we created a new resort aquatic park that didn’t just meet, but exceeded people’s hopes,” King said in a statement.
And, a fun fact: the opening of Cascade Cove coincides with the 100th anniversary of Park founder Vic King’s birthday.

Cascade Cove will remain open daily through the weekend of September 7th through the 9th, and then will reopen in early May. The indoor heated pool and spa cluster will remain open for the remainder of the camping season, which concludes on Columbus Day.
