Our weekend at the Sagamore Resort Hotel was very relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. We stayed in a Lodge Suite which had a combination living and dining area, full kitchen, a separate bedroom with two queen beds, and a four piece bathroom – sorry ladies, only one sink! The room amenities included 2 flat screen TV’s and a corner fireplace. A great room indeed!
We met friends for cocktails at Mr. Brown’s Pub – the staff was fun and amazing! We dined at La Bella Vita for dinner and had a delicious dinner with just the right amount of attentiveness. La Bella Vita also serves breakfast each morning. We chose the buffet – an excellent choice. Omelets and Belgian Waffles made to order along with breakfast meats, potatoes, fresh fruit, cereals,
etc. The yogurt parfait was delicious! We enjoyed lunch on the veranda – the weather was beautiful and the view spectacular. Unfortunately, the Club Grill Steakhouse was closed for the season (it’s located at the award winning Sagamore golf course) so I’ll let you know about that dining experience in the Spring.
Here’s some “insider” photos!
You don’t have to stay at the Sagamore to enjoy their restaurants – give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!
