Overview

Nestled within the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains 5 miles from Lake George, Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery produces handmade, high-quality spirits using local New York State ingredients.

About Springbrook Hollow

The farm distillery is located about 5 miles south from Lake George in Fort Ann, NY. The property features a quiet and relaxed pastoral setting with 200 acres of land and fantastic views of French Mountain.

Springbrook Hollow was the main source of water for the local townspeople centuries ago. The wooden pipeline that delivered the precious water to the settlers can still be seen today and is on display in their tasting room. Our clean, unprocessed spring water gives all of their spirits a unique taste that cannot be replicated.

We make spirits the old-fashioned way by using a custom made copper pot still and New York State ingredients. Springbrook Hollow's spirits are handmade, rich, and full-bodied - harvested from regional fields and poured into your glass. Remember, "The Proof is in the Hollow."
