I would give zero stars. 1 is way too generous. We came on vacation and bought 6 “permanent anklets” with charms plus other overpriced items. We spent several hundred dollars for them to fall off one day later. We came back in the next day and had them fixed only to fall off when we got home from our vacation. When we asked about the longevity we were told it was the fault of the young man who originally put the anklets on. When we called we were pushed from person to person - each one of them very rude and saying someone would get back to us with no call back. After several days of trying to get someone on the phone to help us, today we were told by the owner Brendan, they will not rectify the issue or give a refund and they even called us scammers after sending pictures of the items that were not lost. It was a horrible experience when it was meant to be a memorable one. I’m sure we aren’t the only ones this happened to. Save your money and stay away!
