This three bedroom
newly remodeled home is situated less than 50' from
the water's edge and it's own private 30' swimming
and boat dock. A magnificent setting; its sunny
western exposure enjoys full day sun and beautiful
sunsets. There are three large bedrooms which
comfortably accommodate 8 people. The large open
concept kitchen, dining and living area with long
banks of windows all enjoy beautiful water views.

A 40' long deck, with
picnic table, gas grill and patio furniture is a
perfect place for entertaining, dining, and watching
the activities on the lake. The kitchen boasts all
new appliances including a dishwasher. It also is
equipped with a microwave oven, toaster and drip
coffee maker and gas grill on the deck. We supply
several fans, but there is no air-conditioning other
than the lake breezes. There is a TV with VCR & DVD in the
living room, a large TV in the master bedroom and
smaller TVs in each of the two additional bedrooms.
All are connected to Adelphia cable network.
The Master Bedroom,
with it's luxurious king size bed has large windows
overlooking the lake. A new washer and dryer are
located in the master bathroom.

The Blue Bedroom has
a queen bed and a twin highriser which is able to be
adjusted into a double accommodation. It has lake
and wood views. The Green Bedroom has a queen and
twin bed and views of the woods and garden. The Blue
and Green bedrooms are adjoined by a full bath
with tub/shower combination. There is also a twin
rollaway bed available.
Bedspreads, blankets
and pillows are provided. Tenants supply their own
bed linens, bath, beach and kitchen towels unless otherwise arranged. We will
supply bed linens and towels for an additional fee.

The private dock
can accommodate up to a 22' boat. There is a
designated spot on the property where you can park
your boat trailer during your vacation.
