Bayview Lodge, named for its breath-taking views of Silver Bay, offers comfortable accommodations. Bayview houses private bath rooms each with a variety of single and double beds accommodating up to five people. There are adjoining rooms, a large conference room with wireless internet, and a kitchen. Kitchen and conference rooms are subject to availability. (27 rooms, maximum of 84 guests)

Brookside Community House, a modern addition to our campus, has a common area that features a stone fireplace, a piano, and conversation nooks. Every two rooms share a bath and can accommodate up to five people. (6 room, maximum 15 people)

Hemlock provides rooms that are simple and comfortable, perfect for the group that spends their day outdoors. While rooms open to the outside and showers are down the hall, every two rooms share a toilet and a sink. (24 rooms, maximum 72 people, bed linens are provided, but beds are not made)

Hepbron, built in a style typical of an early Adirondack lodge, is an architectural classic. Perfect for summer youth retreats, each room has its own sink and can accommodate two people. Hillcrest situated on one of the highest points on the Silver Bay campus. Overlooking Lake George, Hillcrest offers the perfect setting for your small group. Relax and enjoy the spectacular view from the screened in porch. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, both equipped with showers only as well as a full kitchen.(6 rooms, maximum of 20 people) Rates for this building are available upon request.
Hilltop is a spacious 2-floor lodge situated on one of the highest points on the Silver Bay campus. A perfect small group or family reunion location, Hilltop Lodge offers a spacious lake-view front porch with rocking chairs. Bayview aka The Inn, overlooking Lake George, is the historic centerpiece of campus. The Inn offers rooms with both private and central bath. Simply outfitted with functional, but comfortable furnishings, many rooms have single and double beds, allowing families to share a room if desired. The gracious front porch and large attractive lobby areas invite guests to linger through the building’s architectural beauty. (98 rooms, maximum 296 people)

Overlook is a recently remodeled value accommodation. Perfect for the guest that spends their day outdoors and needs a place to rest their head at night. Rooms have a small sink and ceiling fans, open to the outdoors, with just a short walk down the porch, guests share the central bath with toilets, sinks, and showers. (11 rooms, maximum 22 people)

Paine Hall, built in 1895 by the original benefactors of Silver Bay, is a beautiful Victorian home that overlooks all of Silver Bay campus. A perfect small group location, Paine Hall provides an atmosphere that brings people together, whether it is rocking on the porch or meeting in the rotunda. Rooms can accommodate up to five people with a shared bath for every 3-4 rooms. (16 rooms, maximum 51 people)

Spengler is a dorm-style building. Each room has two single beds and a sink and central bathrooms are down the hall. The lobby is the perfect gathering place for youth retreats. (28 rooms, maximum 56 people) Shoulder season only, rates are available upon request.
Spruce Mountain Lodge, built as a private hotel in the late 1800’s is located on the periphery of campus. Spruce Mountain Lodge is a great setting for your small group. The screened in porch looks out to the mountains and the open porch overlooks the lake side. There are a total of 3 full bath rooms and a full kitchen. Trinity House, Silver Bay’s newest private bath accommodation, offers a calm retreat to its occupants. Enjoy the solace of the library and the community of the common room. Rooms are uniquely outfitted with antique Adirondack furniture, which adds to its distinctive charm. (13 rooms, maximum 28 people)
