A 50% deposit is required with the return of a signed rental agreement in order to confirm the reservation. The balance of the rental, along with a $500 refundable security deposit, will be due within 45 days of your rental date.
Rental periods are from 3:00pm Saturday until Check-0ut at 11:00am the following Saturday. It is expected that the property will be left as found with the exception of the general cleaning which we will do after your departure. Any extraordinary post-rental maintenance costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Refund Policy: A full refund ( less $50.00), of the deposit will be made for any cancellation received at least 60 days before the initial rental date. If we are able to rent the house after less than a 60-day cancellation notice, a refund of 90% of the deposit will be made.
