The Washington County Fair features over 1,800 exhibitors, more than 1,900 animals, over 30 free daily shows, and more than 40 carnival rides. The fair will also be populated with artisans, craftsmen, historians, and food vendors. The fairgrounds in Greenwich are about 40 minutes from Lake George.
The Warren County Youth Fair has free admission and features youth exhibits, a youth talent show, crafts and more. While this fair does not have rides it does have plenty of fun for the whole family! Located in Warrensburg, the Warren County Youth Fair is just about 10 minutes from Lake George.

The Saratoga County Fair is celebrating its 179th year and the classic carnival fun is bigger and better than ever. Enjoy the family-friendly fun at the Schoharie County Sunshine Fair with a parade, fireworks, live music, a demo derby, tractor pulls, and more! Daily tickets are $15, eight-day passes are $55. The fairgrounds in Cobleskill are about 1 hour and 45 minutes away from Lake George.
Check out the Clinton County Fair to enjoy the food, games, livestock, live music, rides, and more! Special events include the Ultimate Parkour Experience, a High Flying Thrill Show, and a hypnotist performance. The fairgrounds are about one hour and 40 minutes from Lake George in Plattsburgh.
