About Grainne Duffy
An Irish guitarist, singer and songwriter who blends her Celtic roots with blues, soul, and pop to create a unique sound guided by powerful vocals, melodic guitar work, and emotionally honest songwriting. Since releasing her debut album Out Of The Dark in 2007, Duffy has performed at major festivals including Glastonbury Festival, Woodford Folk Festival in Australia, Tremblant International Festival in Canada, and Mahindra Blues Festival in India. She was named “Best Vocalist” and “Best Solo Artist” in the Blues Matters! Writers Poll in 2014 and 2015.
