Join us for a meaningful hands-on Rattle Workshop at Creative Jam, where you’ll create your own handmade rattle for rhythm, reflection, meditation, sound work, movement, storytelling, drum circles, or personal creative practice.
Rattles are ancient instruments found in many cultures around the world and have long been used for rhythm, ceremony, celebration, and connection. Their gentle, steady sound can be calming, grounding, and deeply personal.
In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the process of forming, filling, and adorning your own unique rattle using provided materials. You’ll choose the sound, feel, and decorative details that make your instrument meaningful to you.
Your finished rattle can be used as part of your meditation practice, creative rituals, music-making, drum circles, movement, reflection time, or simply as a handmade instrument that feels connected to your own energy and intention.
All materials are included. No experience is needed.
