A Producer-Only Market
The Bolton Landing Farmers Market is a producer-only market, which means that all the vendors may only sell products they grow or produce themselves. You'll find locally grown, raised, prepared, and handcrafted products at this market.
In addition to fresh produce, plants, poultry, honey, maple syrup, eggs, cheese, and other locally grown products, you'll also find hand-thrown pottery, hand-knitted items, hand-dyed and spun wool, fine arts, soaps, candles, jewelry, and more - you never know what gems you'll come across at this market!
The Bolton Landing Farmers Market operates every Friday from 9am to 2pm, from the end of June to the end of August, right on Cross Street behind the Town Hall Bolton Landing.
Live Music & Special Events
Live music really brings a farmers market to life and that's why the Bolton Landing Farmers Market has live music every week! In addition, they host a number of special events throughout the season:
- Fourth of July flags and strawberry shortcake on opening day
- Kids Day (all ages) with free ice cream
- Lake George Association classroom and Up Yonda Farm
- Strawberry, Blueberry, and Apple Festivals
- Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners (provide advice and soil testing)
Just check their website for the calendar of events! Also, each week you can find freshly made crepes, sandwiches, and other prepared food along with baked goods and fresh coffee. Enjoy a meal right at the market at one of the available picnic tables!
