Pat Niles, Washington County 250th Commemoration Committee Co-Chair, will speak about Benedict's Arnold's time spent in the region and its impact on the Revolutionary War.

6:30 p.m. - Charles P. Neimyers, PhD; retired U.S. Marine Corps officer, will speak about the Battle of Valcour Island.
