Join us at ADK Winery for FRIENDworking: Tune In, featuring special guest Julie Brown of Julie Brown Art. Julie is a tuning fork sound healing practitioner and Development Manager at The Arts Center of the Capital Region, and she's bringing her work on frequency, nervous-system reset, and embodiment straight to our room.
She'll give us a hands-on introduction to sound healing (yes, you'll actually experience it), share what led her to this work, and talk about how she blends art, healing, and community in her own practice.
Then we do what we always do at FRIENDworking: drop the small talk and actually get to know each other.
No agenda. No pitch. No pressure to "network." Just women, sound, and a little frequency shift.
Bring a friend. That's kind of the whole point.
Your seat is $15 and gets you into the room. Wine, beer, cider, cocktails and mocktails, as well as flatbreads, charcuterie and more are available for purchase, but the real reason you're here is the company of women you didn't know you were missing.
