About this event

Fort Fright Details

Running select evenings from September 24 through October 30, Fort Fright will transform the historic Lake George landmark into an immersive haunted experience where history and horror collide. Guests will journey through transformed rooms and shadowed spaces filled with ominous lighting, immersive sound, fog, atmospheric effects and live scare actors. Fort Fright draws inspiration from the Fort's own history and architecture to create an experience that is rooted in stories, legends, and events.

The Fort's Courtyard

This experience goes beyond a haunted walkthrough - before or after entering Fort Fright, guests can gather around the fire in the Fort's Courtyard, where seasonal treats, warm cider, donuts, s'mores, and drinks will be available for purchase. The Courtyard will offer a place to relaxe and enjoy the atmosphere of the season, whether or not guests are entering the haunted experience.
