Chestertown Summerfest
SummerFest is an annual gathering in Chester featuring a full afternoon of summertime family fun!
Enjoy live music, food and summer beverages. Children's activities feature face painting, a bounce house, a rock wall, a dunk tank, an obstacle course, balloon art, human foosball, and much more!
The fireworks blast off at dusk at Chester Town Hall. This is one display you won't want to miss! Bring a blanket or chair to spread on the lawn.
Celebrate the 75th anniversary of V.F.W. Post 5513
This year, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5513 are hosting an open house party at the American Legion post, adjacent to the Chester Municipal Center, to celebrate their 75th anniversary. There will be a presentation of a celebratory cake observing the post's longevity, and all are invited to attend.
Note - from 8:00am-1:00pm you can also stop by the Rotary Garage Sale on Panther Mountain Drive!
