Self-guided tours of Thurman’s finest farms, where you’ll find farm tours of both old and new, non-GMO heritage pigs, grass-fed beef, fall vegetables, all-natural poultry and eggs, internationally awarded cheeses, and ice cream, a quilt show, jams & jellies, maple products, an artisans’ market and the ever-popular punkin chunkin’ trebuchet. Be sure to have your camera or phone and ready to snap great pictures at each site to post online with #mylgarea #adkfarms #visitThurman.
Blackberry Hill Farm will serve up a hot breakfast from 9am to 11am. From 12pm to 2pm, stop by Nettle Meadow Farm for a barn loft buffet luncheon.
