Enjoy a Memorable Lake George Vacation at Sweetbriar Villa
The first floor of this home has 2 bedrooms (both queen beds, one with pool/lake view), a small sitting area, and a small kitchen with an eating area in the adjacent hall looking out at the pool. There are glass doors for easy access to the pool, an outdoor shower, a gas grille, and seating areas. The bathroom on this floor is a ¾ bath with a large double shower and has doors to both the pool area and the first-floor living space.
The second floor of this home is the main floor and has 2 large bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a family room with a separate eating area. The master bedroom has a king bed, a double fireplace between the master bedroom and master bath, a jacuzzi in the bedroom, a separate shower, and a private toilet with a door. The second bedroom on this floor has a king-sized bed and a bunkbed. Outside, the second bedroom is a shared full bathroom. The kitchen is very open with lots of natural light and is equipped with two ovens, a gas stove, a bar, and stools.
The kitchen is open to the living/dining areas in the front of the house with lake views, a gas fireplace, and glass doors leading to the outdoor porch overlooking the pool. At the back of the house, there is the family room with a small eating area, plenty of seating, and a gas fireplace. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also on the second floor. The private pool is about 3' deep at the shallow end with large steps leading in. The pool area includes an outdoor shower, grilling area, eating spaces, a cabana with shade, a fire pit, and lounge chairs.
There is covered parking for about 5 cars.

There is also a restaurant across the street that serves both lunch and dinner. There are public beaches very close in both directions, and the town of Bolton is only about a mile away from shops and restaurants.
