Located right along the Hudson River, Haviland Cove Beach & Park is a great place for water activities such as swimming, kayaking, and fishing. There is also a picnic/barbecue pavilion, playground, softball field, and areas for a picnic.
There is a disc golf course open for special events only.

Nice small beach ⛱️ . In an area where lakes and rivers are littered with rocks seaweed and broken glass this area is kept clean with fine sand and has lifeguards on duty for your safety. The only suggestions I have would be to maybe set up a few more picnic tables as well Asa few more trash cans spread through the area and I'd give the 5th star
These life gaurds ruin the fun for kids and just makeing up rules at this point. 4 Life gaurds are being paid to sit on their phones at the picnic table and 2 are so bored they yell at kids over everything. Nobody wants them here
