First off I have been going here for over 20 years and I never had any issues, I actually raved about the place. But this time I went in with my girlfriend to see a waitress sitting down only to get up and throw us menus and steam off back to her seat. Il describe her for your knowledge, she had a thick Jamaican accent you will probably see her sitting down. She comes back to ask us what we wanted, we already knew what we wanted which was a chicken parm with bacon on a hero and she insisted multiple times that the kitchen could and would not put bacon on the sandwich. After I told her they definitely would she aggressively took our menus and walked off without us even finishing the rest of our order. We asked for a new waitress and to our surprise they left us sitting there for ten minutes. I had to get up and ask the front if our order was out in and the kind girl up front said they only have one waitress and pointed to the same one we had a problem with. So we walked out, and my entire family won’t be going back there ever again. Way to lose lifelong customers guys.

Ordered Godfather pizza. Was like soup in the middle. I called to let them know. They said sorry. There are plenty of other choices. Ordered on 10-23-22 at 6:15. Never again!
