Would you like to “kick start” your mind and focus on the future afternoon task at hand? 30-Minute Lunchtime Yoga incorporates stretching, meditation and postures that will let you sneak in a workout when you don’t have an hour to spare. This chair class promotes a focused, relaxed, clear mind and healthy body. If you are stuck at your desk, on your lunch break, or at home with the kids, this short but sweet class is perfect for you! All levels are welcome.
