Editor's Note: As of Monday, March 16, at 10:00am, the 2020 NYS Maple Weekends have been cancelled. Individual sugarhouses will continue to produce, stock and market their excellent crop of Maple Products. Please contact them directly to order your favorite maple products.

Note: This event is part of Thurman Maple Days.

Maple Weekend activities: Tour our large timber frame sugarhouse and see the evaporator boiling sap with steam billowing out through the cupola. Learn about the history of sugaring and how we make pure Adirondack maple syrup. Visit our maple kitchen and see how we turn that syrup into a variety of other maple products that you can sample. Take a wagon ride over our timber frame covered bridge into the sugarbush to see how we manage our forest and how we get the sap from the maple trees to our sugarhouse. See how we use the latest technology combined with traditional methods to produce the finest maple products available and visit our well stocked gift shop.
