The Great Escape is looking to hire over 1,500 employees with their first-ever drive-thru hiring event taking place April 17 and 24. Applicants should apply online prior to the event dates, to then interview from the comfort of their own car.
Saratoga Bridges to Host Job Fair
Saratoga Bridges in Gansevoort is hosting their spring job fair on April 21. They will offer interviews on site, those who complete an application get a free gift card while supplies last, and you could also win a $100 gift card in a drawing upon beginning employment.
Virtual Job Discovery Event
ADK Job Discovery, a collaboration between representatives from SUNY Adirondack and area career centers, will host their 33rd annual job discovery event virtually on April 22. You can register as a job seeker or an employer.
According to a recent Facebook post from Warren County, over 80 employers will participate in this job fair.
DEC Seeking Candidates for Paid Summer Internship
The DEC issued a press release yesterday, April 15, that they are looking to hire for a paid summer internship. This is a 16-week internship that will start in May (and end based on student’s return-to-school date), and involves educating the public about the preservation and protection of the Adirondacks.
Also, keep an eye on Facebook and “like” area businesses to get alerted to more openings. Many restaurants, hotels, and others have posted recently that they’re hiring, like Sushi Yoshi in Lake George.
