Garlic Festival at Warrensburg Riverfront Farmers Market

Garlic tying demonstrations. Garlic sampling. Garlic recipes. A garlicky food contest. Enjoy everything garlic at the annual Garlic Festival! This event runs from 3pm to 6pm, so it’s a perfect choice if you’re leaving work early on Friday afternoon and need a fun activity to jump start the weekend.

Town-Wide Garage Sales: Bolton Landing & Hague

Maps can be picked up at the Bolton Chamber’s Visitor Center for this town-wide garage sale. This is a gorgeous area to walk or drive around in the fall!

You can also hunt for treasures in Hague this weekend (this one is Saturday only), and maps will be available online through the Hague Volunteer Fire Department.
A Fall Hike at Gore
The hiking trails are open at Gore Mountain through October 11 only! Many choose to take a scenic skyride to the top of the mountain and then hike their way down, and the mountain biking trails are available as well. Speaking of scenic, it’s likely to be a gorgeous 30-minute drive up to North Creek.
