HalloweenFest 2019 in Ticonderoga

Head up to the northern end of Lake George to Ticonderoga, where they celebrate Halloween for an entire week. While trick-or-treating in Ticonderoga isn’t until October 31, there are plenty of fun events happening this weekend, including a pumpkin walk, kids’ activities, and Halloween mini golf.
Arts Alive: Food, Fun, Fashion

Purchase your tickets for the World Awareness Children’s Museum‘s Arts Alive: Food, Fun, Fashion event at Surfside On The Lake in Lake George. Spend your Sunday evening at an international art and fashion show while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. There will also be a raffle in which you can win art classes or locally made clothing and art. You can also bring the kids along, as they’ll have their own separate International Kid’s Club party with pizza, activities, and games.
12th Annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk
Sunday, October 27
Join Making Strides Adirondacks for their 12th annual 2-mile fundraising walk in downtown Glens Falls. Registration is free, and the walk sets off from the Cool Insuring Arena.
Ghost Tours at Fort William Henry
Friday, October 25 through Sunday, October 27
This is the last weekend to take part in Fort William Henry‘s haunted tours! Tour guides will lead you through the fort as they tell stories of ghostly encounters. You’ll also get to see some paranormal investigation equipment.

Head down to Glens Falls to celebrate Halloween with Boo 2 You, an annual block party with trick-or-treating in Downtown, fun kids’ activities, and more.
Living History Event: Nothing Could Exceed the Spirit & Alertness

History buffs will want to head out to Fort Ticoderoga this weekend to learn more about the October 28, 1776 American defense of Fort Ticonderoga against the British. There will be guided tours, costumed demonstrations, and other special programming.
Horse-Drawn Pumpkin Patch Wagon Ride at Adirondack Ranch

If you haven’t yet, head out to Athol this weekend to enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides, pumpkin picking, and seasonal treats at Adirondack Ranch. This Saturday is their last wagon ride event of the season!
26th Annual Goblin Gallop 5K & Halloween Hop Kids Run

Participate in a fun 5K this weekend in Glens Falls, and bring the kids along to participate in their own 1K Halloween Hop fun run. There will be costume prizes, a raffle, and refreshments.
