LARAC Fall Arts Festival – Saturday, November 3 & Sunday, November 4
Head over to the Adirondack Sports Complex in Queensbury and check out one of the season’s premier juried arts and crafts shows – the annual LARAC Fall Arts Festival. Over 75 exhibitors and local artists will be on-site and selling their unique, handmade products, including pottery, jewelry, photography, culinary items, fiber, and more.
QES PTSA Fall Festival – Saturday, November 3
Parents and their kids should attend the annual QES PTSA Fall Festival on Saturday at the Queensbury Elementary School. This family-friendly festival will feature activities, carnival games, food, entertainment, and raffle baskets. Funds raised at the activities will support the QES PTSA and students.
Pumpkin Chunkin’ – Saturday, November 3
Wondering what to do with all your pumpkins now that Halloween is over? Bring them to Adirondack Pub and Brewery in Lake George during their annual Pumpkin Chunkin’! This post-Halloween celebration will have everything from pumpkin catapults to apple slingshots, bonfires, a food truck, live entertainment, and more. Admission is free, and families are welcome!

Discover books about Lake George history, Adirondack adventures, novels, mysteries, and more at the annual Autumn Leaves book fair this Sunday. Hosted by The Chronicle, the book fair will take place at the Queensbury Hotel in Glens Falls from 11:00am-3:00pm. Admission is free.

Adirondack Stampede Charity Rodeo – Friday, November 2 & Saturday, November 3
Giddy up to the Cool Insuring Arena in Glens Falls this weekend and enjoy exciting competitions at the 28th Annual Adirondack Stampede Charity Rodeo. This two-day event has become a local tradition featuring over 200 competitors in seven standard rodeo events. Proceeds will benefit several local children’s charities.
Two Premier Plays You Won’t Want to Miss
From Thursday through Sunday, Broadway Upstate will take the stage at the Charles R. Wood Theater in Glens Falls and present the kooky, upside-down world of the Addams Family. The musical comedy focuses on how the Addams Family deals with their kids growing up. Admission is $20.
Uprising – An Original Play by Ad Astra Theatre Troupe – Saturday, November 3 & Sunday, November 4
Experience a fantastic performance by the Ad Astra Theatre Troupe as they present Uprising at The Park Theater. This original play by Grace Alberti, Lale Davidson, and Carie LeCours puts a spotlight on the Warsaw Uprising. There will be a performance on Saturday at 7:30pm and one on Sunday at 2:00pm.
