Rock the Dock Music Festival – Friday, August 25
In celebration of their bicentennial year, the Lake George Steamboat Company is throwing the biggest party of the summer right at their pier – the Rock the Dock Music Festival! Come on by and listen to some of the area’s most popular bands, including Formula 5, as you party on board the steamboats and check out the food trucks and craft beers from Common Roots at the pier. Best of all, admission is FREE!
Lake George Bar Crawl – Friday, August 25 & Saturday, August 26
Experience the fun nightlife scene in Lake George Village and participate in the Lake George Bar Crawl this weekend. The Bar Crawl will take place on both Friday and Saturday night, and everyone in the group can enjoy games, a scavenger hunt, new friends, and live music and dancing at each stop. The cost is $15pp.

Wondering where to spend your Sunday in Lake George Village? Try the Lake George Beach Club! The restaurant has a full lineup of musicians who will be performing throughout the day from noon on, including Double Vision, Mike Thomas, and PJ Ferguson.

The fair ends on Friday, so stop by for the exhibitors, daily shows, carnival rides, food vendors, and more fun.
Trekonderoga Weekend 2017 – Friday, August 25 – Sunday, August 27
Trekkies unite! The 3rd annual Trekonderoga Weekend is kicking off this Friday in Ticonderoga and will run through Sunday. This Star Trek-themed convention is a fan’s dream and will feature everything from tours of the recreated Star Trek sets to panels, discussions, workshops, vendors, and celebrities from the original series.
Head down to the docks in Lake George Village for the 44th annual Antique & Classic Boat Show Rendezvous this Friday and Saturday. As one of the longest running ACBS chapter shows, you can expect to see antique, historic, and classic boats on display.
Join Fort William Henry as they host a special reenactment of the 260th siege and surrender of the fort. Battle and skirmish reenactments will take place on both Saturday and Sunday, and spectators can step back in time and learn about camp life at the fort.

Wax ‘n’ Wix Candle Making Workshop – Saturday, August 26
Have an awesome time at Gore Mountain this Saturday at their popular “Make Your Own” candle shop in the base lodge. Learn how to make a colorful candle using a safe and fun process, and take home the completed product. Special pricing includes a scenic gondola ride up the mountain.
Lake George Open Water Swim – Saturday, August 26
At Hague Town Beach, there will be an Open Water Swim sanctioned by USMS and supported by the Town of Hague. The swim will include a 2.5k, a 5k, and a 10k. This is a beautiful venue for swimmers, and participants will receive a race shirt and be eligible for age-group awards.
