1. Teacher Appreciation Weekend at Adirondack Winery

Attention educators! All teachers and school district employees are invited to visit Adirondack Winery’s Tasting Room this weekend to enjoy a complimentary wine tasting session and wine cocktail. Just bring your school ID!

High school boys’ basketball teams from across New York State will converge on the Glens Falls Civic Center this weekend to play in the annual championship tournament. Ambitious fans can attend up to 15 games over the course of three days!

After a successful opening weekend, Glens Falls Community Theatre will return to the stage at the Charles R. Wood Theater this weekend for three more performances of I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. As of the writing of this article, tickets are still available for all three shows!

Susan Meyer’s glowing and colorful futuristic sculptures and installations reference architecture, landscape, and the figure. Her exhibit will be on display in Lake George’s Courthouse Gallery from March 12 – April 15, and the opening reception is free and open to the public.

Enjoy a class at Adirondack Folk School and learn how to create your own birch bark picture frames and mirrors! This is a great class for beginners with limited experience with woodworking and tools.
