The
Owners of the Sagamore Resort, located in Bolton Landing on the shores of
beautiful Lake George, have spent tens of thousands in renovations and upgrades
recently, and there is still more in store. The Sagamore has long been a
renowned Adirondack resort, and the recent improvements and additions are sure
to make it an even more distinguished destination for travelers.
In 2012, more upgrades are in store as The Sagamore begins the first phase of renovations to their lodging accommodations. Their most popular room choice will be getting new appliances, granite counter tops, carpeting and furniture. They have additional renovations planned for all suites and rooms. The Sagamore expects to have the renovations to all 240 lodging accommodations completed for the opening of the 2013 season.
In addition to lodging and dining, the Sagamore Resort is also an ideal destination for meetings, conferences, reunions, golf tournements and more. The 11,664-square-foot events center opened in 2009 and is the largest of its kind in the Adirondack Park!
If you thought the Sagamore was geared toward couples, you may actually want to reconsider them for your next family vacation. In 2012 the Sagamore will offer a Family Vacation Package for both the Lodges and the Main Hotel: Check in on a Sunday or Monday, stay three nights at the regular rate and receive one free night! The Family Vacation Package also includes dining at their Market Place breakfast buffet for a family of four.
