Winter fireworks: They’re not just for the Winter Carnival, anymore! Thanks to the Village of Lake George, we can look forward to fireworks displays every Saturday from now through the end of February.

Winterfest is going on now, and activities do book up! Hurry to get your wristband and make reservations for sleigh rides, cross-country skiing, axe throwing, or your wintertime adventure of choice. All wristbands also include access to horse-drawn carriage rides, hot cocoa, and discounts at participating hotels and restaurants.

The Sweetheart Deal Exhibition

North Country ARTS, located inside The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, will host a reception for a new exhibition opening on Saturday. The Sweetheart Deal exhibition will be up through February 18, and all work will be for sale at $99 or less.

Up Yonda Farm continues with their guided hikes on their gorgeous Bolton Landing property. Their January 14 hike will be held without snowshoes due to a lack of snow.

Adirondack Winery is hosting a brunch and board game event. Bring the kids along for this family-friendly event – there will be nonalcoholic drinks available as well as their wines and cocktails.
