The epic Lake George Polar Plunge is back this January 1! Waves of hundreds of people will take a dip into the icy waters of Lake George. Registration is $10 and benefits Springfield Shriner’s Hospital and Lake George Volunteer Fire Department.

New Year’s Day Frostbite Cruise

Lake George Waterfront Cruises (formerly Shoreline Cruises) is sailing off at 12pm on New Year’s Day for the annual Frostbite Cruise. Funk Evolution will perform.
First Day Hike at Prospect Mountain

There are a number of First Day Hikes going on in the region, and one of them is at Prospect Mountain. Hurry and register if you’re interested, the group is limited to 20 participants.
