Adirondack Balloon Festival 2018 – Thursday, September 20 – Sunday, September 23
There’s no better way to celebrate the start of fall in the Lake George Region than with a balloon festival! In Queensbury and Glens Falls, the 45th Annual Adirondack Balloon Festival will take place from Thursday through Sunday at multiple locations. Plan your trip and get ready to see hundreds of hot air balloons launch into the sky.
Bolton Live Music Festival – Saturday, September 22
Head over to Rogers Memorial Park in Bolton Landing for a free music festival on Saturday! This year’s Bolton Live Music Festival will include an excellent lineup of performers, such as Alex Smith, Blue Moon Band, The Switch, the Mike Leddick Duo, and more.
Bolton Landing Boats & Boating Festival – Saturday, September 22
Not only will there be live music at Rogers Memorial Park on Saturday, but the Bolton Landing Boats & Boating Festival will be held at the docks. A wide range of historic boats will be featured at the in-water and on-land exhibits and demonstrations.

If you love a good fireworks show, then buy your tickets for Saturday’s fireworks cruise with the Lake George Steamboat Company. The Minne Ha Ha will sail from 8:30pm-10:00pm, and passengers will be able to watch as fireworks are launched from a barge in the southern bay.
