West Mountain Ski Area in Queensbury has a fun and unique 5k Obstacle race in store for competitors this Saturday. The Countryman Challenge features snow, mud, water, and ski obstacles, and makes for an extremely exciting event!
The Rotary 5K & Corporate Challenge – Saturday, April 21
Get outdoors and support a great cause by participating in the annual Rotary 5K & Corporate Challenge on Saturday morning. The road race will be held at SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury, and race-day registration will run from 8:00am-9:15am.

Feel like doing some garage sale hunting this weekend? Be sure to check out Little Theater on the Farm’s Spring Huge Barn Sale from Friday through Sunday in Fort Edward. Their barn will be full of items and hidden treasures, and all proceeds will benefit the non-profit theater.
Kids’ Exchange Spring Consignment Sale 2018 – Saturday, April 21
If you’re a consignment sale shopper with young kids, then don’t miss out on the annual Kids’ Exchange Spring Consignment Sale at the Chase Sports Complex in South Glens Falls. This shopping blockbuster will feature over 20,000 new and gently-used items, including clothing, games and toys, sports gear, cribs and strollers, and more. Join the Lake George Arts Project on Sunday for their 9th Annual Peoples Pixel Project: A Festival of Short Films at the Strand Theater in Hudson Falls. From 2:00pm-4:00pm, enjoy a wide array of short films and an awards ceremony. Tickets will be $10 at the door.

60’s Coffee House at the Pember – Friday, April 20
Visit The Pember in Granville on Friday night as the museum hosts a 60’s-themed Java & Jive Coffee House Fundraiser. This open mic event will feature great live performances and plenty of hot brews for sale. Admission is free.
Live Music at Lake George Beach Club – Friday, April 20
Swing by the Lake George Beach Club in the heart of the Lake George Village on Friday night for a live performance by the popular Stony Creek Band! The show will begin at 8:00pm.
The Refrigerators at King Neptune’s Pub – Saturday, April 21
On Saturday at 9:00pm, The Refrigerators, a 9-piece party band from the Capital Region, will perform at King Neptune’s Pub in Lake George Village.
