Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Lake George
New Year’s Eve Cruises with the Lake George Steamboat Co. – Sunday, December 31
On New Year’s Eve, the Lake George Steamboat Company will offer two different cruises to close out 2017. There will be a New Year’s Eve Dinner Cruise at 5:30pm, and then the New Year’s Eve Party Cruise will set sail at 10:00pm.
New Year’s Eve Celebration at King Neptune’s – Sunday, December 31
Swing by King Neptune’s Pub in Lake George Village on New Year’s Eve for their annual celebration! Shorty Long & The Jersey Horns will be performing throughout the night, and admission is free.
New Year’s Eve Party at the Lake George Beach Club – Sunday, December 31
Get ready to party at the Lake George Beach Club on New Year’s Eve! Starting at 9:00pm, enjoy live music by The Radio Junkies, an ice bar and ice luge, a midnight toast, light appetizer stations, and party favors.

2018 Lake George Polar Plunge – Monday, January 1
Ready to take the plunge? The 2018 Lake George Polar Plunge will be held on New Year’s Day at Shepard Park Beach starting at 1:15pm. This year, the cost is $10 to participate, and funds raised will go to local fire departments and a children’s hospital.
New Year’s Day Brunch Cruise – Monday, January 1
Join the Lake George Steamboat Company for an amazing Brunch Cruise on the lake. The cruise will be held from 12:00pm-2:00pm and include live music and dancing, great food, and more.
New Year’s Day Frostbite Cruise – Monday, January 1
On New Year’s Day, Lake George Shoreline Cruises will offer their annual Frostbite Cruise on the lake at 12:00pm and 2:30pm. Each cruise ticket includes the 1.5-hour trip, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and live entertainment.
Frostbite Party at King Neptune’s – Monday, January 1
Have a fun-filled afternoon at King Neptune’s Pub during their annual Frostbite Party on New Year’s Day. The Jonathan Newell Band will kick off the festivities at 1:00pm, followed by the return of Shorty Long & The Jersey Horns at 4:00pm.

From now through the end of December, you can visit The Hyde Collection in Glens Falls and see the one-of-a-kind exhibition called A Shared Legacy: Folk Art in America. This collection of artworks celebrates art traditions in rural areas of New England. In addition, throughout the month of December, guests receive free admission at The Hyde, and they can then pay based on the experience.
