According to its website, Freedom Boat Club eliminates the hassle from boating by preventing its members from having to pay for repairs, docking, storage, and cleaning in exchange for an initial membership fee and monthly dues.
Members simply reserve the type of boat they want for the date they want, and show up at the dock to find it ready to go! When they’re done, they return it to the dock, and move on to the next part of their day.
Freedom Boat Club has a number of franchises across the country that offer a wide variety of boats. Members have access to all franchises and all boats as often as they’d like. Friends, family, guests, children, clients, and anyone else members would like to bring on the boat are also welcome!
The company recently announced that it has opened a dozen new franchises on the West and East Coasts, including Huntington Beach, California; New Smyrna Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Stuart and Deerfield Beach, Florida; Brick, New Jersey; St. Joseph, Michigan; and Huron, Ohio.
It also confirmed that in addition to Lake George, new franchises are expected to open by the end of the 2015 season or beginning of the 2016 season in Deep River, Connecticut; Miami, Florida; and a second location in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
What do you think of a Freedom Boat Club franchise coming to Lake George? Would you take advantage of its services?
