About this event
Beth Nast, now in her 10th summer teaching at Wiawaka, has taught over 800 classes since 2005, mostly in the Boston area where she lives during the year. Her style incorporates all that she knows and admires with an understanding of what her students need and love. In her classes you will find yoga philosophy, body strengthening and stretching, challenges and letting go, in other words: a complete yoga experience.
