If you’ve taken our beginner cookie decorating class (or dabbled in royal icing on your own), this next-level workshop is for you! In The Next Batch, we’re introducing two fun techniques that will seriously elevate your cookie game—airbrushing and stenciling.

We’ll walk you through:

• How to safely and effectively use an airbrush on royal icing
• How to layer stencils for crisp, clean, eye-catching designs
• Pro tips for control, color blending, and that “pro decorator” finish
• Combining both techniques to make cookies that look like they belong in a bakery window (and still taste amazing)

You’ll leave with:

• 4 stunning cookies featuring your new skills
• Your own icing bags and decorating extras
• A new sense of creative confidence—and probably a few new favorite tools
• Experience using the airbrush
