Cook with Chef Donnah Digan-Lewis and get familiar with unfamiliar ingredients. You will learn easy tips and tricks to bring the taste of the islands to your own kitchen! All ingredients used are available locally.
This class will meet every Wednesday from March 19th to April 16th. This course will introduce and prepare the student to become a bartender in the Hospitality Industry. You will be given all the basic training associated with bartending. The class will concentrate on the student that has limited experience with mixology. A certificate will be given at the conclusion of the class.

Since the time of native people living in the Adirondacks, we have all enjoyed maple syrup. While you may have visited a local sugar house (the building where maple syrup is made) you've probably left wondering, "Is this something that I could do in my own backyard?" This class will help you do just that!

Work with Paul Smith's VIC sugar makers Tom Manitta and Kyle Dash to experience all aspects of the syrup making process. Participants will go home with a pint of fresh maple syrup. The program runs from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. $25 per person. Preregistration required. Limited to 10 participants per session.
