Explore the lake in one of our rowboats, canoes, or kayaks.

Relax on our swings, sit at our beach, read, enjoy a drink at our gazebo or sit on the porch of your lake front cottage while enjoying the view of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Get together with family or other guests to roast marshmallows around our fire ring.

Walk our spacious grounds, sunbathe on the raft in our swimming area, make sculptures in the sand, or play outdoor ping pong.

Watch the children at one of our playgorunds - going down the slide, on the swings, or climbing around the tree house. 

Access the Internet with our free WiFi (available near the office).

We have been staying here for years during Americade and couldn't be happier. Mark and Heidi go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Its a great place for us guys to just hang out on the porch at the end of the day or to bring the families.

The Candlelight is an excellent place to spend a vacation on Lake George. The cabins are outstanding and they have everything you need. We have been staying there for 44 years and will never go anywhere else.

Candlelight is a great place to stay while in the LG region. It has everything for a family vacation and also caters to the hardcore fisherman. Have been staying with Mark and Heidi for over 10 years and they take excellent care of returning guests. The cabins are very comfortable and are continually being upgraded with newer, modern features. The docks are set up with electric, so recharging is not an issue. You can also recharge yourself while relaxing on the deck/porch of your cabin.
My only regret about Candlelight is that I can't get there more often. Thanks Candlelight!

We have a group of10 fisherman from Delaware who visit Candlelight Cottages every year in the spring time. Our trips have been ongoing for 10 years. Mark and Heidi, property owners, have made all our visits 5 star visits. The cabins and all amenities are top notch. Every year the owners continue to upgrade and improve Candlelight. We couldn't ask for anything more. They even see to it that we catch lots of fish each day!!! They really know how to treat us fisherman.
As long as they will have us , we will continue to return each spring!

We had an excellent time while staying at the cottages. The owners could not have been any nicer to us and our children. We went with friends and we are all planning on returning next year.
