A weekend of art making and yoga - Open to joy and reconnect with your body-mind and with your creativity. In this beautiful serene setting, practice deep and mindful yoga, connect with other women and joyfully engage in an exciting art project. Optional Saturday evening may be telling stories from the heart or other improvised creative activities. This workshop is appropriate for all levels, however some yoga experience is preferred.

The Arts and Reintegration Adirondack Women's Retreat is open to any woman who has served our country in any branch of the military at any time. This Adirondack retreat will focus on the unique issues arising out of military service, including invisible wounds. Losing a child is the most devastating experience a mother can endure. There is forever a hole in her heart, yet life continues to move on around her, the world stops for no one. This workshop is designed as a respite from the real world and an opportunity to share, learn, grow and heal with other women who are walking this emotional path. The journey will include gentle yoga, outdoor activities, healing circles, labyrinth walks and a special art activity.
