Video of Lake George Fireworks

Editor's Note: The 4th of July and Weekly Fireworks in Lake George Village have been canceled for 2020.

The fireworks on Lake George are a must-see for visitors and locals in the summer!

Starting on July 4th, and every Thursday through August, fireworks are launched from the Ticonderoga barge at the southern end of Lake George.

The fireworks show brings people in a number of ways. They arrive early, scoping out their spots before 8:00pm.

You can see them start to gather around Million Dollar Beach Road, on the Steel Pier, the Lake George Battlegrounds, in Shepard Park and any possible viewing spot in the Village.

Some can even watch from their hotel or favorite restaurant.

The view of the fireworks from the water is like no other, so the cruise ships in Lake George offer special Fireworks Cruises, making it one of their most popular cruises and something to plan ahead of time.

And then, as 9:30pm draws near and a massive number of boats are lighting up the southern bay, the fireworks never disappoint...

Fireworks on Lake George, another part of your experience.
