About this event
Registration opens on January 9 for Walk on Water on Lake George to Dome Island. This is an exclusive excursion by the Lake George Land Conservancy that leads participants to this protected site typically prohibited to visitors. This year there are two days the annual event happens, February 17 and 18, with walks at 10am or 2pm each day. Ski, snowshoe, or walk the one mile to the island, ice and weather permitting. The cost is $10, which benefits the Land Conservancy. This fee is nonrefundable. Contact 518.644.9673 or email info@lglc.org.
