Take control of your health and well-being at any age or fitness level.

These easy to learn ‘moving meditations’ will help you boost your immunity and live healthier. Qigong’s (pronounced “Chee-gung”) gentle, flowing poses, deep breathing rhythms and visualization techniques enhance the flow of Qi (energy) that fuels your movements, thoughts and emotions. We will learn a variety of Qigong techniques and touch on the Martial Arts traditional origins of Qigong. No experience necessary, as we will go over the basics of Qigong and energy movements, but still suitable for intermediate level students.

Wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing.

Meet your instructor: Rob Bowe

During a life upheaval in 2011, Rob turned to yoga and energy healing modalities as a source of grounding and growth. In 2013, he left his lifelong home in Upstate New York and relocated to Colorado, where he deepened his studies and practice. After experiencing a miraculous healing of a painful spinal cord injury, Rob became certified in yoga and meditation. He is an Usui Reiki Master and incorporates both Karuna and Celtic Reiki methodologies into his work.

Rob provides Reiki energy healing sessions for both people and animals—including horses, dogs, and cats—and volunteers with Lifespark, a nonprofit that offers energy healing to cancer patients and their caregivers. He also teaches QiGong, breathwork, meditation and a variety of holistic classes in and around the area.

Rob loves wilderness adventures and has explored the Adirondacks and Algonquin Park in New York, Yellowstone and the Rocky Mountains while in Colorado, and the Quetico and Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness during his time in Minnesota.
