Sunset Yoga on the Dock at Wiawaka

About this event

Stretching out and loosening up, we release tension and pressure in our bodies and minds. Letting go, we come to the present moment in our hearts amidst the nourishing water and robust mountains. Meditating, we absorb the harmonious colors of the sunset. Relaxing, we soften into the abundant life force naturally existing within and around us. The class includes yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, and yoga nidra. Recommended Props: Yoga Mat, 2 Yoga Blocks, and 1 Blanket or large towel. 75 minutes. (Wiawaka has extra mats and blocks.)
