One of the biggest events of the summer in Lake George has arrived – the 2018 Adirondack Nationals Car Show! Held the weekend after Labor Day each year, this massive car show will take place right in Lake George Village. There will be a vendor show, car parade down Canada Street, classic cars on display, and more.
Not only will the Adirondack Nationals be taking place in Lake George this weekend, but the annual Adirondack VetteFest will be held in the Glens Falls area. The schedule of events for this year’s VetteFest will include an Adirondack Road Tour, music and dancing, and a “Shine and Show” Car Show.
Cruise through Brant Lake on Friday evening for their Classic Car Show, which will begin at 5:30pm at The Hub. The free event will feature entertainment, food and beverages, a raffle, and prizes for the best in show.

The Lake George Region is full of great dining options, and during the upcoming Restaurant Week, you’ll have a chance to try a wide variety of them! From September 9-15, participating Lake George area restaurants will feature special three-course dinner menus for a fixed price of $20.18, not including tax or gratuity.
How would you like to sample delicious artisanal and farmstead cheeses this weekend? If so, then take the Cheese Tour in nearby Washington County! During this self-guided tour, you can visit participating farms and producers throughout the region and enjoy samplings and special products.
Have a Blast Listening to Live Music
Take a trip over to nearby Hudson Falls and have fun at Sandy Hills Days, the community’s annual summer celebration. There will be tons of family-friendly entertainment on both days of the event, including arts and crafts, live music, a clown, and more.
