The ice bar trend is spreading throughout the Lake George Area, but have you ever wanted to see one get made? Visit Lake George this weekend, January 14-16, and stick around for the production of the magnificent Ice Lounge at King Neptune’s Pub!

King Neptune’s is no stranger to these popular winter attractions, but this year, rather than offer a regular ice bar, the local restaurant will present a complete Ice Lounge!
The Ice Lounge will be created this weekend by local carver and owner of Chainsaw Creations Tim O’Brien. Visitors are welcome to stop by and watch as O’Brien masterfully turns large blocks of ice into a full lounge.
Once finished, the Ice Lounge will feature four ice tables, three to four ice benches, and a variety of beautiful ice sculptures. Guests at the Ice Lounge will be able to enjoy King Neptune’s signature hot drinks and daily specials.
The unique ice bar will be open to the public on January 17-22, January 26-29, and February 3-26 (weather dependent). Guests are welcome to hang out in the Ice Lounge anytime during King Neptune’s hours of operation.
Planning a February trip to Lake George? Be sure to check out the Ice Lounge during the Lake George Winter Carnival!
