1. Ghost Tours at Fort William Henry
Thursday, October 15 – Saturday, October 17
Take a guided tour of Fort William Henry’s ghostly places! Hear stories of hauntings that have been passed down through the years, and listen to your guide’s personal experiences with resident ghosts. Reservations are required, call the Fort to reserve your spot!
Friday, October 16 – Sunday, October 18
Stop by the Adirondack Winery this weekend and make strides against breast cancer! Friday will feature a wine glass painting party, and Saturday and Sunday will include games, raffles, prizes, and free samples of the Winery’s special edition “Drink Pink” Blush Wine.
Saturday, October 17
All proceeds from this 5K run/walk support Free to Breathe, a nonprofit lung cancer research and advocacy organization. The event kicks off at Shepard Park, and there will be a closing rally with more fun activities following the run/walk.
Saturday, October 17
Enjoy a micro-brew tasting, authentic German food, live German music, games, and more at the Adirondack Pub & Brewery on Saturday. The incredibly popular keg toss competition will also take place at the event! Proceeds benefit North Country Ministry.
Sunday, October 18
One of the biggest pug parties in the state is taking place on Sunday at Lake Luzerne’s Pavilion Park! Last year, more than 150 pugs and their families attended to show off their costumes. Prizes are awarded in various categories!
